My favourite pin ever !!!! So fabulous
The detail of this patch is extraordinary.
Everything Bridget makes is beautiful but this patch is my absolute favourite.
What a delightful book, stunning illustrations, great text - pretty near perfect!
I bought this as a gift for my sister, and she LOVES it! Also, the service received when I contacted to ask if the postal address could be changed was excellent. Thankyou!!
Another great title in this series. Thoughtfully presented with wonderful art to add to the richness of the text. My granddaughter loves these books.
This etching arrived beautifully packaged and it exceeded my expectations. It is truly gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. Will be purchasing again from Bridget Farmer.
This was an amazing gift for our friend.
My almost 2 year old twin grand-daughters, LOVE birds, so, this book is perfect for them. Large, beautiful drawings and simple sentences, made this book the perfect gift simply to extend their knowledge and love of these fun creatures..
Beach Birds is a colourful, interesting addition to a child’s library, not just for its engaging look at beach birds and their habitats but also for the budding artist. The use of printmaking, sketching and colouring techniques is on display. All of these things transport the viewer to the seaside. There is so much to look at and talk about on each page for the child viewer. The book is filled with birds easily recognisable as beach-dwellers and the accompanying information section at the back of the book provides further detail about the birds that are illustrated. Thank you, Bridget!
We have both the Bush and Beach Bird books and they're on high rotation for bedtime reading. The gentle rhyming text is informative and sweet and the illustrations (and lift-the-flaps!) keep our small person engaged with all their detail. We loved how the flaps weren't blatantly obvious.
I have purchased all three of these titles for my granddaughter. I am a former Teacher Librarian. I believe that they will become treasured titles over time. They are all unique and beautifully presented with accompanying insightful facts about each bird. I look forward to further publications.
