This is a mobile of the endangered Australian native Black-throated Finch. In recent decades this finch's range has drastically reduced and its last remaining stronghold is currently under threat by Adani's Carmichael coal mine. $5 from every Black-throated finch sold will be donated to the Wangan & Jagalingou Traditional Owners Family Council, who are the traditional owners of the land and have been fighting Adani over the Land Use Agreement and thus fighting for the Black-throated finch's native habitat.

The mobile is made of strong layered plywood and hand printed in multiple layers from hand cut lino plates to give the bird's details.

from wing tip to wing tip 16.5 cm (6.5 inches)

from beak to end of tail 14 cm (5.5 inches)

Shipped flat, simply slot the pieces together on arrival and use the supplied twine to hang your little bird.

Not recommended for outside use.
